The Goh Chok Tong Enable Fund supports persons with disabilities in Singapore through financial aid, support for aspirations, and awards that recognise achievement. It aims to enhance inclusion and employability for PWDs.
Overview
- A charitable fund dedicated to empowering persons with disabilities (PWDs) in Singapore to actively contribute to society and live socially integrated lives.
- Supports beneficiaries through three pillars (the "3As"): financial Aid, backing of Aspirations (e.g., talent and personal development pursuits), and Awards that recognise achievements and potential of PWDs.
- Helps reduce financial burden for disability-related needs, including assistive devices (e.g., wheelchairs) and other supports that enable daily living and participation in the community.
- Promotes inclusion and employability by supporting initiatives that help PWDs engage in work and community life.
- Administered by SG Enable and supported by Mediacorp.

Eligibility details
- Persons with disabilities who are Singaporeans or Permanent Residents of Singapore.
- This includes persons with physical disabilities, sensory disabilities (e.g. visual impairment and deafness/ hearing loss), intellectual disabilities and autism.

- Only persons with disabilities who are Singaporeans or Permanent Residents of Singapore are eligible to receive funding from GCTEF.
- We work closely with organisations such as schools, social service agencies and hospitals to assess and assist potential beneficiaries.
