  • Applicant must be a nonprofit entity registered in Singapore as a Society, Company Limited by Guarantee (CLG), Charitable Trust, or Co-operative.
  • The proposed initiative must address the mental health needs of children and youth aged 10–16 in Singapore.
  • Only one application per organisation per grant call.

How to apply

  1. Submit a grant enquiry/Expression of Interest via the BlueStar* Fund page. 2) If invited, complete the BlueStar* Fund Application Form with details of the initiative. 3) Proposals are evaluated by the BlueStar* Fund panel of mental health sector experts. 4) If approved, receive funding of up to 80% of project costs (capped at S$100,000), disbursed in tranches upon submission of milestone and quarterly/impact reports.
