Eligibility details

Applicants must be Persons with Disabilities, including physical, intellectual, developmental, hearing, or visual impairments, aged 18 years and above. Some programmes require basic work capability or independence in activities of daily living. Permanent Residents must have at least one immediate family member who is a Singapore Citizen. Eligibility and suitability are assessed via vocational assessment.
