SHINE Individual & Family Therapy Service - SH.IFT

SH.IFT is open to children and youths aged 7 to 21 years old, as well as their families. The service is aimed at Singaporeans and focuses on those experiencing persistent behavioural changes, declining academic performance, social withdrawal, low self esteem, loss of interest in activities, self-harming behaviours, disruptions in daily routines (such as sleep or eating), or unhealthy habits like truancy or substance use. Parents who are receiving concerning feedback from teachers, struggling to manage their child's emotions, noticing that issues with their child are affecting their marriage, or feeling helpless in addressing their child's challenges are also encouraged to seek support through the service.
