Nutritional and wellness support programme for pregnant KidSTART mothers, offering prenatal packs, education on mental wellness and budgeting, and 10 days of postnatal confinement meals. Additional nutrition support is available for the first cohort’s babies up to age 2.

- 10 days of confinement meals delivered (lunch and dinner) after birth.
- For Enrolment Cohort 1 only: additional nutrition initiatives (e.g., Breakfast for Little Champions and Eat Well Event) extending support for babies up to the year they turn 2.
- Programme runs in cohorts from 10 Jul 2025 to 31 Mar 2028, with multiple event dates offered for flexibility.

Eligibility details
- Existing or newly enrolled KidSTART mothers who are pregnant.
- Must remain in the Pregnant Mum & Baby Nutrition programme until the child is born.
- Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) must be on/after 1 Sep 2025.
- Encouraged to attend one prenatal and one postnatal event (mental wellness and baby budgeting) and a supermarket shopping trip before birth.
- Can join in the 3rd trimester if criteria are met.
- Participation linked to giving birth at KKH, NUH, or SGH, and you must be a KidSTART family.
- Not open to mothers who have already given birth.
- One-time participation per mother (cannot rejoin for subsequent pregnancies).

- Complete the online enrolment form at https://go.gov.sg/dbsfkslenrolment. 2) Wait for a confirmation SMS from KidSTART Singapore Limited upon successful enrolment. 3) If you are not yet a KidSTART family, first register at https://form.gov.sg/67bf9eb70f9350a991383bdb, then submit the programme enrolment form.
