WeCare @ North East offers interim cash assistance to needy families in the North East District who do not meet national income criteria but still face financial hardship. Support can be a one-off payment or up to three months of cash assistance.

Eligibility details
- Residing in the North East District
- Singaporean / Singapore PR with at least 1 Singaporean family member in the household
- Per Capita Income between $801 - $1000
How to apply
Apply online via the 'Apply here' link on the programme page. For queries, email northeast_cdc@pa.gov.sg. From 1 April 2026, support is decentralised; you may also approach your nearest Community Club (CC) within the North East District for assistance.
