Melrose Home

Melrose Home, operated by the Children’s Aid Society, is a residential care facility providing round-the-clock trauma-informed care and support to children and youths aged 7 to 21 who face challenging family circumstances or child protection issues. The home offers specialised programmes and a safe environment to help these children and youths heal from adverse childhood experiences, with the goal of reuniting them with their families or reintegrating them into the community. Residents attend school and participate in therapy and other developmental activities while under care. The home also engages families through casework and counselling to support the children’s wellbeing and development.
