Overview

Care Corner Youth Services offers rehabilitation programmes for adolescents who have committed minor offences or have gang associations.

Our Programmes:

  • Guidance Programme (GP)
  • Streetwise Programme (SWP)
  • Enhanced Streetwise Programme (ESWP)

We provide:

  • Casework
  • Counselling
  • Holistic support to help youth lead crime-free lives

Referrals:

  • Made through the Singapore Police Force
  • Successful completion prevents a criminal record

Eligibility details

Adolescents who have committed minor offences (e.g. vandalism, theft) and are mandated by the Attorney-General’s Chambers (AGC) for GP/ESWP, or adolescents with gang association for SWP. Referrals must be made through the Singapore Police Force. No direct walk-in or self-referral.

How to apply

Referrals for all programmes (GP, SWP, ESWP) must be made through the Singapore Police Force. Individuals or families cannot apply directly; police involvement is required.
