Return-To-Work

ABLE’s Return-to-Work (RTW) programme supports persons with physical disabilities in regaining independence through gainful employment and successful community reintegration. The programme offers career coaching, job placement, transferable skills development, on-the-job training, and psychosocial support. It also involves coordination with employers to ensure a smooth transition from healthcare to workplace settings. ABLE’s multidisciplinary rehabilitation team provides physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, employment support, training, and social work assistance tailored to individual therapeutic, psychosocial, and employability needs. The programme advocates for inclusive hiring practices and works closely with employers and community partners to optimize clients’ abilities beyond limitations.
