Project 1, 2, 3! (P123) Employment Programme is designed to improve the social mobility of lower-income families by helping them secure and sustain employment over a two-year period. The programme supports clients through motivation building, skills and competency development, and ongoing job support, with dedicated social workers and job coaches providing personalized case management and consultations.

Eligibility details
Clients must be above 15 years old, unemployed or irregularly employed, from lower-income households (monthly income ≤ SGD 2500 or per capita income ≤ SGD 690), willing to take on a job within a year, and physically and mentally fit for work with no existing risk concerns.
