Overview
The MENDAKI Tuition Scheme (MTS) provides quality and affordable tuition for primary and secondary-level students, aiming to help them achieve better results in school and national exams.
Open to Muslim and non-Muslim students, MTS aligns with MOE's curriculum and offers developmental activities.
Students must select at least 2 and at most 3 subjects/classes.
Classes are subject to availability.

Eligibility details
- Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident
- Studying in full-time local government or government-aided schools and madrasahs
- Muslim and Indian students: No income criteria
- Chinese students: Monthly Household Income (MHI) $4,800 &/or Per Capita Income (PCI) $1,400
- Eurasian students: PCI $1,200
- Registration fee: $10 (exemptions for certain groups)
- Fee waiver available for students/parents experiencing financial difficulties (apply via email)
- Primary 1 to Secondary 5 students eligible
- Must choose at least 2 and at most 3 subjects/classes
How to apply
Apply online or at satellite centres. Fee payment via QR code or NETS. For fee waiver, email [email protected] (PCI $1,600 and below) or [email protected] (MHI $4,800 and below or PCI $1,400 and below).
