SG Enable offers training, job placement, and employment support programmes for persons with disabilities, including students, adults with acquired disabilities, and sheltered workshop clients, to help them secure and sustain meaningful employment.

Overview

This scheme provides comprehensive training and employment support services for persons with disabilities (PWDs) in Singapore. It includes tailored programmes for students in special education (SPED) schools and Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs), adults with acquired disabilities, and clients in sheltered workshops. Services include job placement, job support, internships, vocational training, skills upgrading, assistive technology support, and transition programmes such as School-to-Work, Hospital-to-Work, and Sheltered Workshop-to-Work. SG Enable collaborates with appointed Social Service Agencies (SSAs) and inclusive employers to facilitate sustainable employment and workplace integration for PWDs. Funding support, grants, and subsidies are also available to support training and employment efforts.
