Overview
The Educational Support Programme (ESP) by Presbyterian Preschool Services provides inclusive, in-preschool support for children with developmental concerns, ensuring each child can learn alongside peers and be prepared for primary school.
- Delivered across PPS’s preschool centres within regular classroom settings
- In-class support during integrated lessons to facilitate inclusion and participation
- Individualised pull-out intervention sessions tailored to each child’s needs
- Individualised Education Plan (IEP) and a comprehensive learning portfolio upon graduation
- Enhanced curriculum and resources adapted for diverse learning needs
- Home-Support Programme (HSP) to equip and collaborate with parents
- Aims to maximise each child’s potential and support smoother transition to primary education

Eligibility details
Children aged 18 months to 6 years who are diagnosed within the mild to moderate range of physical, developmental (e.g., Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia), intellectual, or sensory needs (e.g., hearing impairment with hearing aids, visual impairment with corrective lenses), or a combination of the above; display developmental functioning below typically developing peers of the same age; require low to medium Early Intervention support beyond conventional classroom resources; not suitable for children requiring high levels of Early Intervention support; all applications must be accompanied by a medical assessment/report of the child’s condition.
