Overview
PPIS Oasis is a fostering agency appointed by MSF, providing temporary care arrangements for children and young persons in need of a safe, secure, and loving home due to reasons such as abuse, neglect, or abandonment.

What you receive
Eligibility details
Foster parent applicants must be at least 25 years old, married and applying as a couple, and able to provide a child-safe home (no physical punishment, window grilles for children under 13). Volunteers must be at least 18 years old (21 for transport minders).
