Eligibility details

  • Who can apply (Financial Assistance): Residents within the Outram service boundary, referred by a Social Worker; all referrals assessed case-by-case.
  • Food Ration (PantryPlenish): Based on referrals by the Social Service Office (SSO) or Family Service Centres (FSC) and staying in the Chinatown vicinity.
  • Bread Distribution (BreadWalk): Residents living in rental one-room or one-and-a-half-room flats, and families with financial difficulties.
  • Case Management: Based on referrals by SSO or FSC and staying in the Chinatown vicinity, or recommended by Yong-en Care Centre (YCC) Case Workers.
