Singapore Cancer Society Financial Assistance Schemes:
- Cancer Care Fund:
One-time financial aid for newly-diagnosed patients
- Welfare Aid Fund:
Temporary financial help and medical supplies
- Treatment Subsidy Fund:
Subsidies for approved drugs and treatments

Eligibility details
Cancer Care Fund: Singaporeans or PRs (exceptions for non-residents with close Singaporean/PR family, residing in Singapore for at least 5 years), newly-diagnosed cancer patients within 6 months of diagnosis, meet Blue/Orange CHAS income requirements, relevant CHAS/Public Assistance/Special Grant Card, medical memo/certificate, bank book/statement. Welfare Aid Fund: Singaporeans or PRs (exceptions as above), per capita income < $1,500, meet SCS means-test, supporting documents (NRIC, bank statement, payslip, CPF history, investment statement, medical memo/certificate, assistance documents). Treatment Subsidy Fund: Singaporeans or PRs (exceptions as above), meet medical and means-test criteria, supporting documents (NRIC, financial documents, referral form, medical reports, MediFund certificate if applicable).
How to apply
Approach your doctor or medical social worker to complete and submit the relevant application forms, then send them to care@singaporecancersociety.org.sg. For more information, contact the Singapore Cancer Society.
