Overview

Care Corner Singapore’s Community Rehabilitation Programme

Provides:

  • Physiotherapy and occupational therapy
  • For individuals aged 16 and above
  • For conditions affecting mobility or daily living (e.g. stroke, injury, surgery)

Programme Goals:

  • Improve functional abilities
  • Enhance strength and balance
  • Increase independence in daily tasks

Caregiver Support:

  • Training for caregivers to support recovery at home

Fees:

  • $52 to $88 per session (before government subsidy)
  • Subsidies available via MOH’s National Means Testing guidelines

Transport Services:

  • Available within 5 km of the centre
  • Subject to availability

Eligibility details

Individuals aged 16 and above who need treatment for conditions affecting mobility or daily living (e.g. stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, Parkinson’s disease, dementia, pain in neck/back/shoulder/knees, fall risk, difficulties with daily activities). Government subsidy eligibility follows MOH’s National Means Testing guidelines.
