Eligibility details

Mother of a Singaporean or Permanent Resident child; Singaporean, Permanent Resident, or holding/applying for at least Long-Term Visit Pass or more permanent stay in Singapore; receiving some form of financial aid or living in an HDB rental flat; primary school level English proficiency; average per capita income of $1500/month or less (case-by-case exceptions possible); commitment to complete the term with a refundable $10 sign-up deposit upon 80% attendance.

How to apply

Step 1: Download the application form from the website. Step 2: Contact the nearest Family Service Centre (FSC) or Social Service Agency (SSA) to request a social worker who will apply on your behalf. Attach the completed form and necessary documents and email to csp@ywca.org.sg.
