Eligibility details
- Resident of South West District
- Applicant or immediate family member is a Singapore Citizen
- Per Capita Household Income (PCHI) of $1,500 and below
- Caregiver and Care Recipient must reside in the same household
- Care Recipient requires assistance with at least 3 Activities of Daily Living (ADL): washing, feeding, dressing, toileting, moving
